Shipping & Delivery

GameIcon Store operates online and ships from Bahrain. Orders are packed and dispatched by our own team, and you will be told what a delivery costs before you pay for it.

Where we ship

• Bahrain, delivered by a local courier.
• The GCC — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
• Oman.

Available shipping methods and their exact cost are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed outside working hours are processed on the next working day.

Delivery within Bahrain

• Cost: between BD1.000 and BD3.000, depending on the area.
• Delivery time: within 24 hours of dispatch.
• Method: local Bahraini courier.

Delivery to the GCC and Oman

• Cost: calculated by destination and weight, and shown at checkout.
• Delivery time: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
• Customs duties and any taxes applied by the destination country are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return and exchange shipping

Where a product is returned or exchanged, the delivery cost is paid by the customer. See our Return & Refund Policy for what qualifies for a return or exchange.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow it until it arrives.
