inFAMOUS Second Son puts you in a recognisable Seattle as Delsin Rowe, who absorbs powers from other conduits rather than having one of his own. Each power set - smoke, neon, video, concrete - has its own traversal, and they are different enough to change how you read the city.

Neon is the one people remember: running up the sides of buildings at speed. The karma system pushes you toward playing consistently good or consistently bad, and the powers branch accordingly.
