Tekken 7 closes the Mishima family story that has run through the series since the first game, and it does it with the most technically approachable version of Tekken's three-dimensional fighting system. The roster mixes long-standing characters with newcomers, and the movement system remains the thing that separates Tekken from its peers: sidestepping is a real defensive option, not a cosmetic one.
